Service Description
Host a party with 5+ of your closest friends! Each guest can choose their service of choice. The service includes an initial consultation to determine what product(s) will work the best for you and your guests. It also includes the treatment, recommendation for aftercare and timing for follow up treatments. Always at the location and time of your choice! Minimum fee starts at: $500 for treatment cost; it is non-refundable if canceled 48hrs prior to appointment 30 units of Xeomin or Daxxify for the hostess. Additional units available for purchase. * Hostess will receive 10 units free of Xeomin or Daxxify for every 100 units sold. - has to be used that day by the hostess. Approximate fees quoted at booking with 50% due on confirmation. Includes * travel within 15mi radius of zip code 55391 * $1 for each additional mile.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your existing appointment, you may do so by logging into the Patient Dashboard or you can contact our office directly for rescheduling information. Please note, if your appointment is cancelled within 48hrs of your appointment, deposit is non-refundable.
