1:1 consultation on your schedule and home/office/location of choice. The service includes an initial consultation to determine what product(s) will work the best for you. It also includes the treatment, recommendation for aftercare and timing for follow up treatments. Always at the location and time of your choice! Minimum fee starts at: $300 with *$25 deposit applies to treatment cost; it is non-refundable if canceled 48hrs prior to appointment * 20 units of Xeomin or Daxxify. Additional units available for purchase. Approximate fees quoted at booking with 50% due on confirmation. Includes * travel within 15 mile radius of zip code 55391 * $1 for each additional mile
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your existing appointment, you may do so by logging into the Patient Dashboard or you can contact our office directly for rescheduling information. Please note, if your appointment is cancelled within 48hrs of your appointment, deposit is non-refundable.
